From the Organization Profile page, click the MANAGE USERS button. This will take you to the location from where you can manage all users. Options include:
1. Disable User(s)
Remove any particular user(s) profile, changing their status to Disabled.
2. Edit User(s)
Modify any particular user(s) profile.
3. Reset Password(s)
Change passwords that have been forgotten or compromised.
4. Add User
Create a new user profile for a member of your organization.
5. Export List
Download a list of selected users for your organization.
