Saving a Client's Profile in Agent's Choice

You can save client information in Agent’s Choice. This allows you to easily retrieve the information while creating “Service Fees” to reduce the amount of data entry in submitting a service fee transaction.

  1. On the Home page, click on the Client Profile tab.
  2. Enter the respective client information.
  3. Click the Save button.

Client information that can be stored includes:

  1. First Name (required)
  2. Middle Name/Initial (optional)
  3. Last Name (required)
  4. Client ID/Company (optional)
  5. Phone Number (optional)
  6. Service Fee Amount (optional) – The service fee will be charged to the client.Credit
  7. Card Type (optional) – The credit card that will be used to charge the service fee.
