You can save client information in Agent’s Choice. This allows you to easily retrieve the information while creating “Service Fees” to reduce the amount of data entry in submitting a service fee transaction.
- On the Home page, click on the Client Profile tab.
- Enter the respective client information.
- Click the Save button.
Client information that can be stored includes:
- First Name (required)
- Middle Name/Initial (optional)
- Last Name (required)
- Client ID/Company (optional)
- Phone Number (optional)
- Service Fee Amount (optional) – The service fee will be charged to the client.Credit
- Card Type (optional) – The credit card that will be used to charge the service fee.
