Looking for one place to review and compare current value-added ancillary products available from each airline via their GDS partners?
ARC is pleased to offer the Carrier Ancillary Matrix as a central reference tool to summarize ancillary products available from ARC's participating carriers. Additionally, the matrix will allow carriers to communicate additional ancillary-related information through carrier websites and GDS reference pages.
You may access the ancillary matrix here. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Care Center at 855-816-8003.
ARC has successfully launched a new version of Memo Analyzer, a business intelligence tool that provides reliable data points and benchmarks that effectively measure debit memo resolution efforts.
In this release, we've mapped the current memo reasons of nine carriers to the standardized reasons agreed upon by the Debit Memo Working Group. As we move through 2017, additional carriers will be mapped and added to Memo Analyzer.
This is a reminder about the agent/CTD transaction fee that is assessed on a quarterly basis. ARC will be imposing a new tiered quarterly transaction fee structure. See the chart below outlining this tiered fee structure. Note that agencies with fewer than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn against your ARC designated bank account on or after January 19, 2017. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.
|Number of Transactions per Quarter||Price per Transaction|
|Tier 1||1,000 – 2,249,999||$.016|
|Tier 2||2.25 M – 5.999 M||$.013|
|Tier 3||6 M or More||$.011|
The 2017 annual agent location fee of $214 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from your designated bank account on January 19, 2017. It will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee." A separate draft of $214 will be issued for each active branch agency and Satellite Ticket Printer (STP) location of record as of January 6, 2017. For consolidated drafting agents, only one draft will be assessed for all of your ARC approved locations.
