Placing Emergency Document Requisitions Orders before Labor Day Holiday
In observance of Labor Day, ARC will be closed Monday, September 05, 2016. To ensure that your emergency order is received before Tuesday, September 6, your order should be placed in advance of the 4:00 p.m. cut-off on Thursday, September 1.
Any emergency orders placed on Friday, September 2, will not be delivered until Tuesday, September 6. Please order your stock accordingly.

ARC has implemented a new Status Dashboard. This is a way for you to check the system status of a variety of ARC tools and services, including IAR, DRS and My ARC. To view the status of one of or more of our systems, please visit the ARC Status Dashboard at https://arccorp.statusdashboard.com/. Another quick way to view the ARC Status Dashboard is by selecting the “Status” link that appears in the footer of the ARC homepage.
The ARC Status Dashboard is available at all times, even in the unlikely event that all ARC systems are down. You can view the current status of ARC tools, as well as any upcoming planned maintenance, any active incidents and the resolution of incidents.
You can also sign up to receive advanced email notification of upcoming ARC scheduled system maintenance and real time email alerts when ARC’s systems encounter unexpected delays or outages. To register for these notifications, select ‘Subscribe to Alerts’ from the ARC Status Dashboard home page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and to select the services for which you would like to receive email alert notifications. You may also subscribe to alerts directly by clicking here.

The message INVALID DOC STATUS is a common error encountered by agents when viewing a list of IAR errors in their sales report. Once you access the transaction, you will see a longer description of that error message: ERROR - Check document current status not valid for exchange / refund
This message indicates that the listed ticket may not have been settled in IAR or is otherwise ineligible for an exchange or refund. Here are two things you can do to verify the document’s status:
If the document has not been reported or has been used in a different refund or exchange, you will need to find an alternative ticket to use or you must settle the new transaction as a straight sale.
