Tip of the Week: Modifying and Canceling ARC MarketPlace Car Rental Booking

Modifications for car rentals booked through ARC MarketPlace include changing vehicle type, pickup/drop off location, pickup/drop off time, adding optional items and cancellations.

The easiest way to modify the booking is to start with the confirmation email received after processing the booking. The confirmation email is from ARC MarketPlace (email address: response@cartrawler.com) with the subject line "Your car hire booking confirmation," followed by the reference number.

At the bottom of the email, select "Manage Booking." You will be directed to a booking summary page on the CarTrawler website (a partner of ARC MarketPlace) with links to print the booking voucher and a menu of options on the left-hand side of the screen. The menu to the left shows all of the options that are available for the booking which include change vehicle, change dates/location, add optional extras, view/print voucher, rental conditions, contact us, cancel booking and website feedback.
