Link Your Document Retrieval Service and My ARC Accounts

One of the top requests from Document Retrieval Service (DRS) users has been for a way to allow a single login between DRS and My ARC. As of Thursday, March 3, 2016, you can now link your DRS account to your My ARC account.

This new option allows users with an active DRS account to link or unlink that access to their active My ARC account. A "Link/Unlink" header displayed at the top of the DRS page allows you to link or unlink your accounts. Once linked, you can select "Document Retrieval System" from your My ARC tool list and immediately launch DRS.

Credit Card Authorization

Travel agents are reminded that credit card authorizations (also known as approval codes) should be obtained electronically via the System Provider. A response other than an approval could be an indication of a problem, in which case an alternative form of payment should be requested. If you suspect fraud, contact the ARC fraud prevention team at fifp@arccorp.com or 855-358-0393.

2013 ARC Transaction History File Now Available for Purchase

ARC's Transaction History File containing your agency's transaction data for all of 2013 is now available for purchase on CD. Starting in April 2016, ARC will begin purging the oldest data from ARC's Document Retrieval Service (DRS), which provides online access to the past 39 months of ticketed transaction data.

ARC's Transaction History File provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2013. It comes equipped with free viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained—there's nothing to install.

You can import the Transaction History File into several popular software programs, including Microsoft Excel and Access, in order to create reports and manage, sort and analyze the data.

For more information, please contact ARC at 703-816-8530 or email agencyservices@arccorp.com. To learn more, visit http://arccorp.com/solutions/transaction-history-file-agencies.jsp.
