Updates to ARC Memo Manager Are Here

The first ARC Memo Manager (AMM) release of 2016 has been implemented. These updates were made to support the new Ticket Resolution Service (TRS) compensatory fee calculation, which allows agents to avoid a compensatory fee if the TRS memo is paid within the first 15 days of issuance.

Updates include:

  • Added the TRS Date to the export function when on the Open, Closed, Inactive or All tabs. The TRS Date is the date the carrier turned "on" the TRS flag.
  • Added the TRS Age to the export function when on the Open, Closed, Inactive or All tabs. The TRS Age is the number of days a memo has been in TRS.
  • Added the Agency Payment Submitted Date to the export when on the Open, Closed, Inactive or All tabs. The Agency Payment Submitted Date is the date the agency submitted their most recent payment.
  • Added a time stamp to the Closed Date in the export function on the Closed or All tabs.

For more details on these enhancements, please reference the release notes.

If you have any questions about ARC Memo Manager, please contact ARC's Customer Care Center at 855-816-8003 or ccchelp@arccorp.com.

2013 ARC Transaction History File Now Available for Purchase

ARC's Transaction History File containing your agency's transaction data for all of 2013 is now available for purchase on CD. Starting in April 2016, ARC will begin purging the oldest data from ARC's Document Retrieval Service (DRS), which provides online access to the past 39 months of ticketed transaction data.

ARC's Transaction History File provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2013. It comes equipped with free viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained—there's nothing to install.

You can import the Transaction History File into several popular software programs, including Microsoft Excel and Access, in order to create reports and manage, sort and analyze the data.

For more information, please contact ARC at 703-816-8530 or email agencyservices@arccorp.com. To learn more, visit http://arccorp.com/solutions/transaction-history-file-agencies.jsp.
