Somon Air (SZ/413) will join ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on November 30, 2015 (PED 12/06/15).
Somon Air is a private airline headquartered in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The airline launched operations in 2008 from the Dushanbe International Airport, with regular flights to Moscow and Dubai. Somon Air now serves other destinations including Almaty, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Urumqi, Bishkek, Moscow, Orenburg, Kazan, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar. The carrier offers service on its fleet of B737-300, B737-800 and B737-900ER aircraft.
Somon Air has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Somon Air. The airline only accepts cash as form of payment but will add credit cards in the near future. Bookings can be made via Amadeus GDS.

Vistara (UK/228) has notified ARC that effective Monday, November 30, 2015 (PED 12/06/15), it will convert to the General Concurrence method of agency appointment. This means that all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Vistara, unless specially advised to the contrary by the carrier.

Did you know that your agency's My ARC Primary Administrator can provide you with access to Memo Manager as long as you already have a My ARC account? Below is a list of roles that can be assigned to you by your My ARC Primary Administrator:
Memo Administrator — There may be multiple Memo administrators per agency. The Memo administrator is responsible for the management of the agency's settings, such as setting up alert notifications for new memos. The Memo Administrator can also pay/accept/dispute memos, view memos and send correspondence.
Memo User — An agency may have multiple Memo users. Memo users can pay/accept/dispute memos, view memos and send correspondence.
Memo Correspondent — An agency can have multiple Memo correspondents. A Memo correspondent can view memos and send correspondence.
