Tip of the Week: Adding Attachments in Memo Manager

Did you know that you can attach supporting documents when disputing a memo in Memo Manager? It is as easy as three simple steps.

To attach supporting documents:

  1. In the Attachments box section, click the Add File button to search for the file you would like to attach.
  2. Select your file and click the Open button to attach the file.
  3. Once attached, a message will display, "Memo Updated Successfully."

Note: Do not attach files that include sensitive data such as credit card numbers.
