Tip of the Week: Knowing When You've Hit Your Dispute Limit with a Carrier

Are you no longer able to view the memo dispute tab for a debit memo that you previously disputed? Chances are that you have reached the maximum number of disputes allowed by the carrier for that debit memo. The dispute limit is set by each individual carrier and can be as low as one or as high as eight (most carriers set their maximum at three). If you still have questions concerning the debit memo, please use the memo correspondence box to send a message to the issuing carrier.
