Agents (and ARC employees!) have received emails pretending to be from a GDS, and the email contained malware or spyware. The email has the name of a GDS in the subject line and an attachment to open. If opened, the malware/spyware allows the criminal to either monitor every keystroke that you type or take over your computer, pretending to be you. The email has no words or instructions in the body of the email, only an attachment to open. Do not open the attachment!
Show this to all of your employees, outside agents and independent contractors, and if anyone has clicked the link and opened the attachment, have an IT security person clean that user's computer. Keep your spyware, malware and virus protection up to date and run it often to protect your computer and your business.

DRS is a secure, paperless record-keeping system for ARC participants that delivers immediate online access to more than three years (39 months) of IAR-reported ticketing data.
In order to use this free tool, your agency must first register to receive access to DRS and appoint a security manager (similar to a My ARC primary administrator). Your agency's DRS security manager may then create additional DRS users and reset DRS passwords for agency employees. If your agency has not yet registered for DRS, please contact ARC's Customer Care Center today at 855-816-8003 to receive the application via email and begin the registration process. Applications are normally approved within 48 hours of receipt (provided the application has been completed in full and is signed by the agency's correct, authorized signee).
