You should always obtain a separate approval code for your service fees. If you are receiving a "decline" notification and cannot obtain a valid approval code, you should ask for a different form of payment. Continuing to try to get a valid approval will result in a forced approval and may result in you receiving a chargeback from the TASF department.
When booking new activities on ARC MarketPlace, please remember to add " Agency Details" (MarketPlace ID or ARC number, agency name, agent name and agent email address) in the booking section during checkout. This will ensure that the booking is credited correctly to the agency.
