Memo Manager offers a communication tool that can be used privately or publicly by the agency. Private correspondence can only be viewed by users within the agency. This allows for the agency to see a history of internal agency communications about the memo within Memo Manager. Public correspondence can be viewed by both agency users and carrier users. Please remember that there is no requirement for carriers to respond to correspondence. Therefore, private or public correspondence should not be used to dispute a debit memo.
The dispute button is used to dispute a memo and its status changes to "dispute pending". When a memo is in dispute pending status, the carrier is required to reply to the dispute in Memo Manager. No additional action can be taken on a debit memo while it is in dispute pending status.
If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Care Center at 855-816-8003 or email@example.com. We're more than happy to help you.
