Did you know that ARC Check provides an easy and quick way to verify a travel agency's participation status within ARC? Finding the original ARC approval letter can be a challenge for longtime agents or agencies with multiple locations, but ARC Check can provide an instant verification of your ARC status.
Upon visiting the ARC Check web page, enter your agency's ARC number. Verification that an agency is an accredited and active ARC participant will result in the following message: "This Agent has met and must maintain the rigorous financial, personnel, and business standards as defined in ARC's Agent Reporting Agreement." A map image showing the agency's location will also be displayed, along with the agency address and phone number.
Agencies that are not recognized as accredited ARC participants will receive the following message: "Agency is not active in ARC's database."
If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Care Center at 855-816-8003 or email@example.com. We are more than happy to answer your questions.
