Atlasjet Havacilik A.S. d/b/a Atlasjet (KK/610) will join ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on May 12, 2014 (PED 05/18/14).
Atlasjet, founded in 2011, is an airline headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey, which operates scheduled domestic and international passenger services as well as charter flights. With its fleet of A319, A320 and A321 aircrafts, Atlasjet offers scheduled flights to Turkish cities, including Adana, Antalya, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Bodrum, Dalaman, Istanbul and Izmir. International destinations include North Nicosia, London, Tehran, Erbil, Suleymaniah, Symferopol, Tbilisi and Nizhnekamsk.
Atlasjet has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Atlasjet. The airline accepts cash only as form of payment but will add credit cards in the near future. The airline is available for sale in the following GDSs: Sabre, Worldspan and Apollo.

Mesa Airlines is in the process of reconciling all unused GO Airlines (533/YV) segments validated on Mesa (533/YV) for travel after March 17, 2014, and is requesting ARC agents to expedite the submission of these refunds that contain a form of payment of cash or check. All refunds should be processed in accordance with standard refund procedure via your GDS and ARC settlement in your weekly IAR sales report.

Today, the American Airlines Group (AAG), the parent of American Airlines and US Airways, released an update to its travel agency policies in the form of a refreshed addendum to the ARC Agency Reporting Agreement and the IATA Passenger Sales Agency Agreement. The ARC Agent Reporting Agreement, the IATA Passenger Sales Agency Agreement and AAG's addendum serve as the foundational contractual relationship between the AAG airlines and travel agencies.
AAG periodically reviews and updates its addendum as market conditions warrant, and much has changed since the last update in 2006. In this release, AAG has taken the opportunity to unify the basic terms and conditions of American Airlines' and US Airways' relationships with travel agencies that own at least one ARC location, as well as provide better guidance on topics that have evolved over the past eight years, such as regulatory compliance, display requirements and data security.
The addendum can be found at the American Airlines Agency Reference website, located at www.aa.com/agency. As a reminder, your travel agency's continued use of American Airlines or US Airways ticket stock, as of June 12, 2014, will affirm its agreement to the terms of the addendum.
This notice also extends the license granted under the ARC Addendum to US marks, including US AIRWAYS, DIVIDEND MILES and the US Airways trade dress, solely for the purpose of identifying you as an authorized agent of US Airways.
