Insel Air Aruba Now Accepts Visa and MasterCard

Effective with sales issued on Monday, January 20, 2014 (PED January 26, 2014), Insel Air Aruba (778/8I) will accept Visa and MasterCard as a forms of payments through ARC.


Norwegian Airlines Now Accepts Visa and MasterCard

Effective with sales issued on Monday, January 20, 2014 (PED January 26, 2014), Norwegian Airlines (328/DY) will accept Visa and MasterCard as a forms of payments through ARC.


Xiamen Airlines Now Accepts Visa and MasterCard

Effective with sales issued on Monday, January 20, 2014 (PED January 26, 2014), Xiamen Airlines (731/MF) will accept Visa and MasterCard as a forms of payments through ARC.


Memo Manager Update

We are pleased to announce on Thursday, January 16 we made updates in support of Memo Manager. Included in this release is the addition of AMM portlets available to each of our customer groups upon logging into My ARC. The portlets will show each customer group a snapshot of their most recent memo activity without accessing AMM.

2014 ARC Annual Agent Fees

We would like to remind you that the 2014 annual agent location fee of $210 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from your designated bank account on January 23, 2014. It will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee." A separate draft of $210 was issued for each active agency and STP location of record as of January 12, 2014. For consolidated drafting agents, only one draft will be assessed for all of your ARC approved locations.

Tip of the Week: How Do I Complete the Annual Agency Affirmation Update?

The purpose of the annual Agency Affirmation submission is to confirm ARC has up-to-date, key agency details on file.

The submission date is based on when the agency became active with ARC (the anniversary date). ARC will email the agency's My ARC Primary Administrator 105 days prior to their anniversary date. This email will request the affirmation of key agency details, such as business address, ownership and operational contacts. Upon receipt of the email, the Primary Administrator can forward the request to anyone within the agency as long as that individual has Accreditation Tool access. This new annual affirmation will enable ARC to confirm that the agency information we have on file is up to date.

Completing Agency Affirmation is simple. If all of the agency information is accurate, simply select "yes" under each section. If changes are required, please explain which items have changed. We understand how important our customer's time is and have made every effort to make this process as quick, easy and seamless as possible.

It is very important that the agency information is reviewed and either confirmed or corrected on an annual basis. Maintaining accurate information is critical, because it allows us to better serve our travel professional community.
