2014 ARC Annual Agent Fees

We would like to remind you that the 2014 annual agent location fee of $210 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from your designated bank account on January 23, 2014. It will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee." A separate draft of $210 will be issued for each active agency and STP location of record as of January 12, 2014. For consolidated drafting agents, only one draft will be assessed for all of your ARC approved locations.

Quarterly Subscription Fee: Travel Agency Service Fees

Just a reminder that the $23.99 quarterly subscription fee (fourth quarter of 2013, PEDs 10/06/13 through 12/29/13) for travel agency service fees will be debited from your designated ARC account on or after Thursday, January 16, 2014.

Only locations that issued a travel agency service fee within the quarter will be charged the fee. If your agency is signed up for the travel agency service fee program but remained inactive during the quarter, there will be no quarterly fee charged.

Tip of the Week: Memo Manager - Disputing Memos

To dispute a debit memo in Memo Manager, go to the Dispute section of the Memo Details page. Then, open the memo and click the "Dispute" button found on the gray bar at the top of the page.

Do not enter your dispute in the Memo Manager Correspondence section. Such entries will not be treated as disputes, and this can delay the resolution of your memo. Memo Manager Correspondence only sends messages to other entities (e.g., carrier, GDS or internal colleagues). You must use the Dispute section to process your memo.

We suggest including as much detail or support as possible in your dispute, since many carriers limit the number of dispute attempts to three—after which settlement is expected for valid memos.
