Tip of the Week: IAR Sales Report Early Authorization and Submission

When you authorize and submit your sales report before Tuesday (11:59 p.m. Eastern), it is recommended that you take the time to review the sales report prior to the submission deadline.

It is possible for a transaction to reach your IAR sales report after your early authorization and submission. This late arriving transaction could change your draft amount resulting in a possible shortage. If a transaction(s) has been applied to your report after you have authorized/submitted it, you must reverse the authorized report and then resubmit it (prior to the Tuesday deadline). Failure to re-submit the sales report could result in late reporting fees and debit memos.
