The ARC Specialist Training class will be provided September 24-27 at ARC's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

ARC developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agent and carrier communities. This program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products, and services. In class you will participate in written and verbal exercises and group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and an ARC Specialist Certificate will be presented to those who pass the exam.

NEW Webinar: Exchanges 101

Join us for our new Exchanges 101 webinars!

Processing exchange transactions can be complicated at best. This webinar will teach you how to avoid errors when processing exchange transactions through ARC's Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) tool. The webinar will provide some quick tips to easily correct exchange transaction errors in IAR when they happen. Join the webinar to learn:

  • The most common exchange errors
  • Why partial exchanges are loaded in IAR in error and the quickest way to correct them
  • How to execute error-free even exchanges
  • What is needed to properly link a Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) for a residual value exchange
  • How to increase the penalty amount to account for lost residual values

An ARC instructor will lead this online interactive training, and participants will have the ability to ask exchange-related questions.

Register for the next session today!

Friday, September 20 - 2:30 p.m.

(All times are Eastern.)

Tip of the Week: Document Ordering System Access

Has it been a long time since you last ordered documents in the Document Ordering System (DOS)? DOS is no longer a stand-alone system with a separate user ID and password; it is now accessed through your My ARC toolbox.

My ARC Primary Administrators automatically have access to DOS. Other users must request DOS access by clicking on the Request Tool Access link found in the Your Tools section of the Your Profile portlet. Upon approval, first-time DOS users must agree to the terms and conditions (which are the same for all ARC systems).

As always, if you need assistance with this process, please contact the Customer Care Center at (855) 816-8003 or We're happy to help!

Please distribute the ARC TAC among staff and colleagues.
