The ARC Specialist Training class will be provided September 24-27 at ARC's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
ARC developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agent and carrier communities. This program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products, and services. In class you will participate in written and verbal exercises and group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and an ARC Specialist Certificate will be presented to those who pass the exam.

Has it been a long time since you last ordered documents in the Document Ordering System (DOS)? DOS is no longer a stand-alone system with a separate user ID and password; it is now accessed through your My ARC toolbox.
My ARC Primary Administrators automatically have access to DOS. Other users must request DOS access by clicking on the Request Tool Access link found in the Your Tools section of the Your Profile portlet. Upon approval, first-time DOS users must agree to the terms and conditions (which are the same for all ARC systems).
