The ARC Specialist Training class will be provided September 24-27 at ARC's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
ARC developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agent and carrier communities. This program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products, and services. In class you will participate in written and verbal exercises and group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and an ARC Specialist Certificate will be presented to those who pass the exam.

When you authorize and submit your sales report before Tuesday (11:59 p.m. Eastern), it is recommended that you take the time to review it prior to the submission deadline.
It is possible for a transaction to reach your IAR sales report after your early authorization and submission. This late arriving transaction could change your authorized amount. If so, you must reverse the authorized report and re-authorize/submit it (prior to the Tuesday deadline) in order for the late transactions to be reflected in your weekly sales report draft. Failure to re-submit the sales report could result in a returned draft.
