Update on Dutch Antilles Express (DAE) Transaction Processing

ARC has suspended the processing of all Dutch Antilles Express (9H/493) transactions in IAR to include cash and credit card refunds. In addition, ARC has been informed that credit card refund transactions processed in PED Sept. 1, 2013 may not have credited to cardholders' accounts. Travel agents who submitted 9H/493 credit card refunds in PED Sept. 1, 2013 are encouraged to contact their customers and direct them to their credit card issuers for resolution.
