Hotels Now Available on ARC MarketPlace

Through a new partnership with CCRA, you can now book hotels on ARCMarketPlace.com. This new offering is in addition to more than 10,000 tours and activities in over 400 destinations, car rentals, and passport and visa services, as well as business services.

You now have access to real-time rates and availability for up to 180,000 hotels in 156 countries. CCRA offers five rate options from a single hotel search, all without a GDS. Commissions are paid directly by CCRA and are up to 15%, or you can set your own commission when using net rates. Learn more about CCRA's commission rates.

To book hotels, simply use your ARC Number or ARC MarketPlace ID when registering on CCRA's site here.

Tap Portugal Now Accepts Discover

Effective with sales issued on Monday, August 5, 2013 (PED August 11, 2013), Tap Portugal (047/TP) will begin accepting Discover as form of payment through ARC.


Tip of the Week: Granting GDS Access to a Memo in Memo Manager

ARC's Memo Manager allows you to grant access to your GDS (Sabre, Travelport or Amadeus) to view a particular memo. This can be beneficial if you are making a dispute. Only the GDS associated with the ticket will be able to assist you in resolving your dispute and should be granted access to view the memo or ticket information.

Remember, if you involve a GDS in a dispute, the responsibility belongs to you, not the GDS. A GDS cannot dispute or pay a memo (via Memo Manager) for you. All disputes and payments in Memo Manager must be initiated by the issuing agency. If the GDS resolves a memo, it will do so outside of Memo Manager.
