Auto-Authorizing Zero Sales Reports

On July 1, 2013, your agency's updated Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) went into effect. With the updated ARA, agents may now have their zero sales reports auto-authorized by ARC each Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, should the agent not authorize the zero sales report themselves. This is applicable only to zero sales reports. The agent must submit all other sales reports each Tuesday by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.

Confirmation of an auto-authorized report will be provided within IAR, under "Financial Summary," along with previously submitted sales reports. The date of the sales report submission day will precede a time stamp of "2359" under the "Time" column.

Hotels Now Available on ARC MarketPlace

Through a new partnership with CCRA, you can now book hotels on This new offering is in addition to more than 10,000 tours and activities in over 400 destinations, car rentals, and passport and visa services, as well as business services.

You now have access to real-time rates and availability for up to 180,000 hotels in 156 countries. CCRA offers five rate options from a single hotel search, all without a GDS. Commissions are paid directly by CCRA and are up to 15%, or you can set your own commission when using net rates. Learn more about CCRA's commission rates.

To book hotels, simply use your ARC Number or ARC MarketPlace ID when registering on CCRA's site here.

ARC Launches Memo Manager 3.6

We are pleased to announce that on July 25 we made a few new updates to Memo Manager, including:

  • Adding a link to carrier policies in the Carrier/Supplier Contact Information section of the Memo Details screen
  • Adding the agency name to the Create Memo and Memo Details screen
  • Adding the memo dispute date in the export
  • Adding the GDS grant access date to the export

Tip of the Week: Forgot Your My ARC Password?

Forgot your My ARC password? Use the self-service password reset feature:

  • On the My ARC login screen, click on the link to "Reset a Forgotten Password."
  • Enter your My ARC username and email address and click "Log In."
  • Answer the three security questions that you previously created and click "Continue."
    Note that the answers must be entered exactly as you initially typed them, including capitalization, spaces, dots, etc. Any deviation will be considered a mismatch.
  • Enter a new password and confirm it, then click "Submit."
  • Log into My ARC with your username and new password.
