Just a reminder that the $23.99 quarterly subscription fee (second quarter of 2013, PEDs April 7 through June 30, 2013) for travel agency service fees will be debited from your designated ARC account on or after Thursday, July 18.
Only locations that issued a travel agency service fee in the quarter will be charged the fee. If your agency is signed up for the travel agency service fee service but remained inactive during the quarter, there will be no quarterly fee charged.

Have you found that an exchange can sometimes become non-modifiable in IAR?
When correcting errors in IAR, you may discover that a document with an error was already used as an old document in a new exchange transaction. In order to correct the error on the first document, you must first remove it from the new exchange. When you remove the old document and end the transaction, that exchange will automatically be placed in error with the message, "ERROR - Old document removed from exchange - Fix old document - Add back in to recreate exchange". This error status is temporary and was designed to be a one-time placeholder while you correct the error on the first document.
If you do not correct the error on the first document, but instead return to the exchange transaction and then end it (by selecting ET) before adding the old document back in to recreate the exchange, the temporary placeholder error is removed and the transaction becomes an error-free straight sale. This means that the standard next business day void/modify window is automatically applied, preventing any other changes.
There are two ways you can prevent the lockdown from taking place:
If you accidentally lock the new document before adding the old document back in to recreate the exchange, please call the Customer Care Center (CCC) immediately at (855) 816-8003 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wait until the following day, the CCC will not be able to assist you with recreating the exchange because the transaction will have already been sent to the carrier.
If you have any questions, please contact the CCC at (855) 816-8003 or email@example.com. We are more than happy to assist you.
Please distribute the ARC TAC among staff and colleagues.
