ARC's Transaction History File containing your organization's transaction data for all of 2010 is now available on CD through April 1. After this date, ARC will begin to purge the data from ARC's Document Retrieval Service (DRS), which provides online access to the past 39 months of ticketed transaction data.
ARC's Transaction History File provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2010. It comes equipped with free viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained - there's nothing to install.
You can import the Transaction History File into several popular software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Access, to create reports and to manage, sort and analyze the data as you please. For more information, please call (703) 816-8530 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do you want the opportunity to earn or renew your ARC Specialist Certificate?
ARC will provide the ARC Specialist Training class March 12-15, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at ARC headquarters in Arlington, Va.
ARC developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agent and carrier communities. This program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products and services. In class, you will participate in written and verbal exercises as well as group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Those who pass the exam will receive an ARC Specialist Certificate.

The purpose of the credit card chargeback policy is to provide travel agents with the information necessary to avoid liability from fraud-related credit card chargebacks.
Following proper procedures for all credit card sales will offer the best protection in the event of a credit card chargeback. For additional information, refer to IAH Section 8.4 - Credit Card Acceptance and Chargeback Information.
