Although the ARA updates do not take effect until July 2013, we believe it's very important that we share this information with you now so you can evaluate any changes required to your internal processes and procedures prior to implementation. Credit Cards: Updates on Forms of Payment Accepted by Carriers

Effective with sales issued on Monday, January 07, 2013 (PED January 13, 2013), Vietnam Airlines (738/VN) will begin to accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as forms of payments through ARC.

Effective with sales issued on Monday January 14, 2013 (PED January 20, 2013), V Australia (795/VA) will begin to accept Diners Club International credit cards as a form of payment through ARC.

Effective with sales issued on Monday January 14, 2013 (PED January 20, 2013), Siberia Airlines (421/S7) will begin to accept Discover, Diners Club International and JCB credit cards as a forms of payments through ARC.


Tip of the Week: ARC Memo Manager - Disputing Memos

To dispute a debit memo in ARC Memo Manager, go to the Dispute section of the Memo Details page to complete the process. To begin, open the memo and click the "Dispute" button found on the grey bar at the top of the page.

Please note: When disputing a memo, do not enter your dispute in the AMM Correspondence section. You must use the Dispute section to process all disputes. Correspondence only sends messages to other entities (e.g., Carrier, GDS or internal colleagues). Entries in the Correspondence Section will not be treated as a dispute, and can delay the resolution of your memo.
