Important: Deadline Extension Due to Hurricane Sandy

In an effort to provide agencies with additional time to recover from the effects of hurricane Sandy, Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) is extending the Void/Modify window and Reporting deadlines for agencies in the affected states. The Void/Modify window and Reporting deadlines are being extended to midnight Eastern Time, Friday, November 2, 2012 for agencies in the states of DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, PA, RI, VA, VT.

ARC will allow more time for agencies in the hardest hit states. The Void/ Modify window and Reporting deadline will be extended to midnight Eastern Time, Monday, November 5, 2012 for agencies in the states of CT, NJ, NY.

Final Deletion of Pluna Airlines

Effective Monday, November 5 (PED November 11, 2012), Pluna Airlines (286/PU) will be deleted from ARC. Unless otherwise notified, ARC will continue to process Pluna cash, Visa and MasterCard refunds until final deletion.

Tip of the Week: Granting IAR Tool Access to a My ARC User ID

After a MyARC user ID is created, its IAR access will initially default to "view only". To complete the process of granting the desired IAR access, the My ARC Primary Administrator must log into IAR and assign the newly created user ID a User Role and User Group.

To do this, the Administrator must follow these steps in IAR:

  • Click on the Administration tab and select the user profile to edit.
  • Select a User Role from the dropdown menu.
  • Select a User Group from the Available Groups column and move it to the Selected Groups column (with the > button).
  • Click Submit.
