Do you want the opportunity to earn or renew your ARC Specialist Certificate? Join us for the ARC Specialist Training class Sept. 25-28 at our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
We developed the ARC Specialist Training and Certification program with the help of industry representatives from the travel agency and carrier communities. This program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products, and services. In class you will participate in written and verbal exercises as well as group discussions. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and ARC Specialist Certificates will be presented to those who pass the exam.

Has it been a long time since you last ordered documents in the Document Ordering System (DOS)? DOS is no longer a stand-alone system requiring a unique user ID and password. It is now accessed by logging into My ARC.
My ARC Primary Administrators automatically have access to DOS. Other users must request access to DOS by clicking on the Request Tool Access link found in the Your Tools section of the Your Profile portlet. After your agency's Primary Administrator approves the request, you must agree to the terms and conditions (which are the same for all ARC systems) before entering the Document Ordering System.
