Welcome to Your Modernized 2013 ARA

It is ARC's goal to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. In accordance with this objective, we made some recent changes to the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) and the Industry Agent Handbook (IAH), which will go into effect in July 2013. We developed these revisions through extensive engagement with dozens of travel agency, airline and travel association leaders throughout the United States. As a result, the updated ARA will offer ARC participating agencies more flexible, efficient options for accreditation and daily operations.

ARC Introduces Toll-Free Number for Customer Care Center

Great news! Beginning June 18, ARC will be introducing a new toll-free number for the Customer Care Center (CCC). The new toll-free number is (855) 816-8003.

Travelport Implements Memo Manager

Travelport implemented Memo Manager on June 18. This gives ARC participating travel agents the ability to grant Travelport access to their debit memos, streamlining the settlement process. For directions on granting debit memo access to a GDS, please refer to the Memo Manager User Guide for travel agents.

Please note that the dispute process with Travelport ADMs will remain separate from Memo Manager. Contact ADM@Travelport.com and include the carrier reason. In addition, no memos unresolved prior to implementation should be assigned to Travelport.

$10,000 Transaction Limits Through ARC

You can charge up to $10,000 per transaction when you process your service fees and other travel-related charges via ARC. The transaction limit was increased from $500 to $10,000 in 2011. We accept all major credit cards and the UATP card.

Tip of the Week: Updating Your My ARC Security Questions

Updating your My ARC security questions increases the security of your My ARC ID and password. When your password needs to be reset, consider updating your security questions at the same time.

The procedures for accessing and updating your security questions can be found under User Info, in the upper left corner of the My ARC homepage. You can change your security questions at any time, but you must change all three at the same time and all three answers must be different. The security questions are space and punctuation sensitive but not case sensitive.
