We are pleased to announce that on Thursday, May 31, we made a few updates to Memo Manager. Changes include an advanced memo printing selection that allows you to print a page of a memo, an expanded Quick View option, and the addition of the Closed Date to both the user interface Memo Listing page and the Export function. A feedback link allows you to send ideas, comments and suggestions directly to the Memo Manager team. For more details on these enhancements, please reference the release notes.

Each My ARC user should have his own user ID and password. It is not recommended that multiple users share a user ID and password to access the My ARC website.
