Sales Report Submissions Extended to May 30
Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED May 27, 2012. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight on Wednesday, May 30.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
The date to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued between Friday, May 25 and Sunday, May 27 has been extended until Tuesday, May 29.

The voice authorization service is offered for agents in the event that a GDS link to obtain an automated UATP authorization is unavailable. Follow the instructions provided via the automated response system and enter pound (#) following each step. Make sure you have the following information available:
Effective Tuesday, May 22, the current UATP voice authorization number will be replaced with a new number, (855) 292-1651.
You can charge up to $10,000 per transaction when you process your service fees and other travel-related charges via ARC. The transaction limit was increased from $500 to $10,000 in 2011. We accept all major credit cards and the UATP card.

Endorsements/Restrictions is a free form text field that indicates when the fare carries any special information or restrictive conditions relating to the use of a ticket or any of its coupons.
Once an e-ticket is loaded to your IAR sales report, the Endorsements/Restrictions field may not be modified.
Please verify that all necessary Endorsements/Restrictions are included before a reservation is ticketed in your GDS. Carriers may issue a debit memo when any required information is not included on the settled transaction.
