Aerosur Update

To clarify our previous message regarding the suspension of Aerosur and the processing of transactions in IAR, agents can submit credit card refunds through PED April 29, 2012. $10,000 Transaction Limits Through ARC

You can charge up to $10,000 per transaction when you process your service fees and other travel-related charges via ARC. The transaction limit was increased from $500 to $10,000 in 2011. We accept all major credit cards and the UATP card.

Tip of the Week: Receiving Email Alerts for New Memos in Memo Manager

Administrators can set email alerts to let them know when they receive new memos in Memo Manager. To set up email alerts:

  • Log into Memo Manager.
  • Click the Administration tab.
  • On the Application screen, click Entity on the upper left side.
  • On the Specific Settings screen, enter your email address in the Notification Mail for New Memos field.
  • Click the Email Notification checkbox to be notified of new memos.
  • Click Submit to save settings.
