Recently we informed you that Malev Hungarian Airlines (MA/182) ceased operations. Please note the following updates to transaction processing in IAR:
Sales/Exchanges - All sale and exchange transactions for both cash and credit card forms of payment are suspended.
Credit card refunds - With the exception of UATP, all credit card refunds are suspended. For more information regarding refunds, cardholders should contact the credit card issuer.
Cash refunds - Effective Monday, March 5, cash refunds will be processed. Agents may submit MA/182 validated cash refunds in their IAR sales reports. Once available cash reserves are exhausted, ARC will close these cash refunds.
Memos - Both credit and debit memos are suspended.
ARC will keep agents up to date as this situation develops.

Remember that in IAR, the Endorsement field is not modifiable. Make sure to verify that any information required by the carrier is shown in this field before a reservation is completed. Once the ticket comes into IAR, changes cannot be made to this field! This will help you reduce your chance of incurring debit memos.
