2012 Annual Agency Location and Quarterly Transaction Fees

Annual Location Fees

Just another quick reminder: the 2012 annual Agent Location Fee of $195 will be collected for each of your office locations via electronic draft from the bank account on record on Thursday, January 19, 2012. The draft will appear on your bank statement as "ARC Core Participation Fee". A separate bank draft of $195 will occur for each Location of Record which is active as of PED January 8, 2012. "Location of Record' is defined as being a home office, branches and STP locations. For agents with multiple locations that are already set up for consolidated drafting, meaning one draft that combines all locations, there will be only one draft initiated that will include all ARC locations.

Quarterly Transaction Fees

In the fourth quarter of 2011, the quarterly agent/CTD transaction fee was set at $.017 per transaction. Agencies reporting an aggregate of less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. The maximum number of transactions for which an agency can be charged in a quarter is 2.25 million transactions (per entity). A separate debit for this fee will be drawn on or after January 19, 2012, against your ARC designated bank account. Only one draft will be assessed for consolidated drafting agents.

And don't forget, there will be no change in the quarterly transaction fee structure for 2012.
