Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Agencies and CTDs will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 11/27/11. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
Please note that the GDS/IAR void date for transactions issued Wednesday, Nov. 23 through Sunday, Nov. 27 is Monday, Nov. 28.
Emergency Document Orders During the Thanksgiving Holiday
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, ARC will be closed November 24-25. Emergency orders placed Wednesday, Nov. 23 before 4 p.m. EST will ship the same day and arrive on Monday, Nov. 28. Second day orders placed on Wednesday, Nov. 23 before 4 p.m. EST will arrive Tuesday, Nov. 29. Please place your document order early to avoid delays. As the end of the year approaches, ARC would like to inform you of our year-end processing schedule. ARC will be closed on the following days:
ARC will be unable to honor any requests for expedited service during this time. Additionally, we will be modifying our application approval window through the end of the year.
Please find below the cut off dates for the specific application types. Note that the deadlines and approval dates only apply to applications received in good order. Applications that contain missing or incomplete information are not considered to be in good order and therefore will not be processed within the outlined timeframes.

|Voluntary Deletion||December 9, 2011||Applications must be received no later than December 9, 2011 and have a termination date of December 9, 2011 or earlier to avoid being assessed the 2012 annual fee.|

Effective with sales issued on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 (PED 11/27/11), Hong Kong (851/HX) will begin accepting Visa and MasterCard as forms of payments through ARC.

Please note that agents can reverse the authorization of their sales reports as many times as they want, as long as it is before the report deadline. This feature may come in handy if you have submitted your ARC report, then realize that you have forgotten to include something important such as a penalty, credit memo, etc. The process of reversing your sales report is very similar to the process of submitting it.
From the ARC home screen, place a check mark in the box on the line of the corresponding period ending date. Then look all the way to the right of your page on the very same line, and click the letter "R," which stands for "Reverse." You will then be asked to enter the same password that you previously entered to authorize the report. Upon entering a valid password, the authorization of your report will be reversed. You then can make any corrections before re-authorizing your sales report. Please be mindful that a re-authorized sales report will be assigned a totally different confirmation number from the one assigned to the initial authorization.
