ARC Memo Manager 3.2.1 is now scheduled to launch on Tuesday, Oct. 26. The main update for this release is the masking of credit card numbers. When the system detects a potential credit card number, the leading digits will be masked and only the last four digits will display. Additional changes include attachment upload date display, a search clear button, and a calendar year toggle.

Effective immediately, UATP is no longer a valid form of payment for Martinair Holland (MP/129). ARC will no longer process Martinair Holland UATP transactions, effective PED 10/30/11.
Effective Oct. 13, 2011, GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (GOL/VARIG) implemented e-ticketing in the Worldspan, Galileo and Apollo GDS systems, enabling ARC settlement for all G3/127-validated transactions.

If you are disputing a memo in ARC Memo Manager, the dispute must be initiated in the Dispute section of the Memo Details page. Click the Dispute button to begin the process.
ARC Memo Manager allows you to grant subscribing GDSs access to your memo. This can be beneficial if you are making a dispute. Please note, if you involve your GDS in a dispute, the dispute is your responsibility, not the GDS's. All disputes must be initiated by the issuing agency.
