Document Ordering System (DOS) Will Soon Move Behind My ARC

My ARC is your centralized access point to a growing list of ARC tools and resources. This list will soon include the Document Ordering System (DOS). This means you will no longer be required to have multiple user names and passwords for My ARC and DOS.

Benefits of DOS moving to My ARC include:

  • Single sign-on for DOS and My ARC. You will no longer be required to have multiple user names and passwords for My ARC and DOS
  • Self-service password resets
  • Delegated administrative capabilities such as granting or revoking DOS access
  • A simple user experience
  • The ability to handle multiple users per location
  • Customized content relevant to your organization

To take advantage of all the features and benefits My ARC has to offer, make sure your My ARC account is active. If you don't have a My ARC account, request one through your company's My ARC primary administrator.

ARC will be conducting a number of webinars in the coming weeks to train administrators on these new administrative capabilities.

TASF Quarterly Subscription Fee

This is a reminder that the TASF quarterly subscription fee of $23.99 for the third quarter 2011 will be debited from your designated ARC account on or after Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011.

Only locations that issued a TASF in the previous quarter will be charged the fee. If your agency is signed up as a TASF participant but remained inactive during the quarter, there will be no quarterly fee charged.

Flybe Announces E-Ticketing via Apollo

Flybe (BE/267) announced that they have enabled e-ticketing in Apollo for U.S. agents.


ARC Specialist Training this October/November in San Antonio

Need to recertify or earn your ARC Specialist certificate? This October/November in San Antonio, ARC is offering training and testing for $300.

The program provides education on ARC's policies, procedures, products, and services, while students participate in written and verbal exercises in addition to group discussions. A certificate of training completion is presented at the end of the session.
