Important - Please Read ARC's New Secure Web Portal for Credit Card Payments

In order to improve the customer experience, effective Sept. 1, 2011, faxes will no longer be accepted to process credit card transactions for accreditation forms. ARC has launched a secure Web portal that will process all credit card payments. To access the portal, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Visit https://www.arccorp.com
  2. Select Customer Support, then Resources, and then Forms Catalog - Accreditation
  3. Select the applicable forms, and a link to the new credit card portal will be located at the top of the forms page.

Spanish-Speaking Customer Care Associates Available

ARC continues to strive to meet the needs of our customers. We are aware that some of our Spanish-speaking travel agents need to receive assistance in Spanish. ARC's Customer Care Center has Spanish-speaking associates available to meet that need. In order to receive Spanish-speaking service:

  • Select option 2 for a Spanish-speaking associate.

Arkia Israeli Airlines to Begin Accepting Visa and MasterCard

Effective with sales issued on Monday, Sept. 5, (PED 09/11/11), Arkia Israeli Airlines (238/IZ) will begin accepting Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment through ARC.


Passenger Acknowledgement of HazMat Advisory

Please be advised that according to the Department of Transportation (DOT), effective Jan. 1, 2013, a ticket purchase may not be completed until the passenger or the person acting on behalf of the passenger indicates the hazardous materials restrictions on baggage are understood.

Tip of the Week - Endorsement Field

Remember that in IAR, the Endorsement field is not a modifiable field. Please verify that the information required by the carrier is shown in this field in the GDS, before a reservation is completed. Once the ticket comes into IAR, changes to this field cannot be made. By keeping this in mind while issuing tickets, you can help reduce the chance of incurring debit memos.
