On Thursday, June 23, ARC Memo Manager 3.2 was released. This new version is aimed at improving the user experience. Changes include advanced pagination, which allows for better management of memos within each tab, and the ability to select multiple memos across pages within a single tab. Additionally, Memo Manager now has no time limit for uploading attachments and no time stamp on date searches.

In order to ensure a smooth transition for agents and their customers with respect to the retirement of Air Jamaica's carrier code (JM/201), please use the following guidelines:
OpenSkies Airlines (EC/284) notified ARC that in order to simplify the ticketing process and to overall better serve their customers' needs, they moved the OpenSkies ticketing platform to the British Airways (BA/125) platform effective June 14, 2011.

This is a reminder that the agent or CTD transaction fee is assessed on a quarterly basis. In 2011, the quarterly fee is set at $.017 (1 and 7/10ths of a cent) per transaction. Agencies reporting an aggregate of less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. The maximum number of transactions for which an agency can be charged in a quarter is 2.25 million transactions per entity. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn on or after July 21, 2011, against your ARC designated bank account. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.

Sales Report Submissions Extended to Midnight, July 6
Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare sales reports for PED 7/3/11. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight, Wednesday, July 6.

Don't forget that when you grant IAR tool access in My ARC the user will at that point have View Only status in IAR. The IAR Administrator needs to then go into IAR and assign the user a User Role and User Group.
To do this, in IAR the Administrator must click on the Administrations tab and then select the profile to edit.
Once in the User Profile, select a User Role from the drop-down menu, select a User Group from the Available Groups column, move it to the Selected Groups column, and click the Submit button.
