Have you recently tried to fax supporting documentation to ARC, but you've heard voicemail pick up at the other end?
There are some phone lines that have dual functions; they act as a fax and a telephone. Please try sending your fax again, but do not pick up the phone receiver.
ARC's phone system recognizes a fax, so if the receiver is picked up, our system will not recognize that call as an incoming fax but instead will recognize it as a phone call.
If you're faxing from a standalone fax machine, you should not encounter this problem.
