On Thursday, March 31st, ARC Internet Sales Summary (ISS) will be enhanced to make access to settled agent sales reports easier. The enhancement will combine all previous quarters of sales reports into a single database. Users will then be able to view a sales report from any of the previous 24 months without first searching within a specific year and quarter. In addition, users will still be able to choose the quick access feature that searches reports from the previous 3 PEDs only.
Due to implementation of the enhancement, access to reports older than the last 3 PEDs will not be available from 7:00 pm, Wednesday evening, March 30th, until 7:00 am, Thursday morning, March 31st.
ARC Internet Sales Summary is an important aspect of the all-electronic, paperless office. Using ISS, settlement plan participants can view a summary of their settled sales (approved and submitted) online from any office or while traveling, just days after filing a sales report.
ARC's Transaction History File containing your organization's transaction data for all of 2008 is available on CD through May 1. After this date, ARC is scheduled to purge the transaction information older than 39 months. Hurry to obtain this information before it is scheduled to be permanently deleted beginning in May.
This file provides you with your settled and voided transaction information for all PEDs in 2008. It comes equipped with FREE viewer software that allows you to easily search for a specific transaction, view it on screen, and print it onto a single page. Plus, the software is self-contained - there's nothing to install.
