ARC's Arlington Office Closing Early on Friday, March 11th

On Friday, March 11, 2011, ARC's Arlington office and the Customer Care Center will close at 4pm EST in order to complete the move to a new home, located at 3000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22201. As a result of the early closing time, all agencies have been granted a void/modification extension for all tickets issued on Thursday, March 10th.

Please note the following extension date to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Thursday, March 10th:

GDS/IAR Void Extension Date - Monday, March 14th

The IAR Sales Report submission date has not been extended and Sales Reports are due on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

TASF Info Update

Agencies that participate in ARC's TASF (Travel Agency Service Fee) Program should be aware of the following 2011 program developments:

  • The maximum amount an agent may charge on a TASF without prior authorization from ARC has been increased from $500.00 to $10,000.00.
  • The maximum aggregate amount an agent may submit to ARC for TASF processing each week without prior authorization from ARC has been increased from $10,000.00 to $25,000.00.
