Air India Provides Update on Deferred Code Deletion

Air India has provided the following information to ARC:

"Due to reasons beyond the control of Air India, the scheduled cutover planned for 12 Feb is deferred. Sufficient notice will be provided of the next scheduled date for migration."

ARC will continue process 058/IC transactions as usual until further notice.


Presidents' Day Information - ARC Will Be Open February 21, 2011

ARC's offices will be open on Monday, February 21, 2011, for the Presidents' Day Holiday. Agencies and CTDs will not have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 02/20/11. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Tuesday, February 22.

ARC will be open and operating Monday, February 21 with the normal Customer Care Center hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Care Center at +1 703.816.8003.

It is not recommended that users share user names and passwords. Each user should have their own individual user name and password for each of the ARC settlement applications.
