The 2011 annual agency fee of $185.00 will be collected by an electronic draft drawn against your bank account on or after Thursday, January 20, 2011, and will appear on your bank statement as ARC Core Participation Fee. A separate $185.00 draft will be issued for each active agency and STP location of record as of January 9, 2011, and will be drawn against the bank account you have designated for that particular office. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.
This is a reminder that the agent/CTD transaction fee, assessed on a quarterly basis, will be drawn on or after January 20, 2011, against your ARC designated bank account. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.
For 2010, the quarterly fee was set at $.020 (2 cents) per transaction. Agencies reporting an aggregate of less than 1,000 transactions per quarter were not assessed transaction fees. The maximum number of transactions for which an agency could be charged in a quarter was 2.0 million transactions per entity.
