Sales Report Submission
However, ARC's offices will be closed on both Friday, December 24 and Monday, December 27, 2010, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Your weekly sales report for PED 12/26/10 must be authorized by midnight, Tuesday, December 28.

Emergency Document Orders During the Christmas Holiday
In observance of the Christmas Holiday, ARC will be closed December 24 & 27, 2010. To ensure that your order is processed in time for the delivery your order should be placed in advance of our 4:00 pm cutoff.
Orders placed Thursday, December 23:
Next Day Delivery - your order will be delivered on Monday, December 27
2nd Day Delivery - your order will be delivered on Tuesday, December 28
Orders placed on Friday, December 24:
Will not be processed until Monday, December 27
Will follow the normal delivery schedule

When you are attaching an old document on the Financial Details (FI) screen to an exchange make sure you first type the document number of the transaction to be exchanged (old document) in the Add 13-character Old Document # textbox then click on the Add button instead of just pressing Enter.
Once you click on Add, the Exchange Support screen displays. Add the ESAC code, if necessary, any Admin/Penalty and Comm Admin/Penalty.
Click the Add button again. The transaction is not complete until you click the Add button the second time and the Exchange Support screen is redisplayed. This will let you know the old document is connected to the exchange.
