We are pleased to announce that MM3 which includes integration with My ARC is live! MM3 users can now enjoy the features and benefits of the new version and the Single Sign On through My ARC.
This new version of Memo Manager improves the efficiency and usability of the application. Users will notice less clicking and pop ups, better groupings of memos, and easier navigation between pages. Additional features of MM3 include a new Memo Summary section on the home page, a new print format for Memo Details and the ability to search for multiple memos using Quick View.
To help ensure a smooth transition, ARC will continue to offer training webinars on the new version of Memo Manager as well as on how to access MM3 from My ARC. If you are interested in attending a training session, please click here to register.
