Registration for My ARC is now available to all Memo Manager Users who do not have a My ARC account or who have a My ARC account that has been deleted. My ARC is your centralized access point to a growing list of ARC tools and resources. This growing list will soon include Memo Manager.
To take advantage of all the features and benefits My ARC has to offer, we encourage you to have your Memo Manager account in an ACTIVE status and to register for a My ARC account.
ARC will be conducting a number of webinars in the coming weeks to train Memo Manager users on the new version of Memo Manager as well as on how to access Memo Manager from My ARC. If you are interested in attending a training session, please click here to register.

Sales Report Submission
ARC's offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010, in observance of Labor Day. Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 9/5/10. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
Ticket Modification/Voiding Schedule
Please note the following extension dates to modify and reconcile IAR transactions issued Friday, September 3 - Sunday, September 5:

Placing Emergency Document Requisitions Orders Before Labor Day Holiday
In observance of Labor Day, ARC will be closed, Monday, September 6, 2010. To ensure that your order emergency order is received before Tuesday, September 7, your order should be placed in advance of the 4:00 pm cut-off on Thursday, September 2.
Any emergency orders placed on Friday, September 3, will not be delivered until Tuesday, September 7. Please order your stock accordingly.

Mexicana's parent company has announced the cessation of carrier operations, including ARC Participating Carriers Mexicana Click (QA/723) and Mexicana (MX/132).
Effective immediately, ARC will no longer process Credit Memos for Mexicana Click. All Credit Memos for QA will be rejected from IAR. Under current circumstances, ARC will continue to process all other QA transactions (including cash and credit card refunds) as usual.
There is no change to ARC's previous announced processing of Mexicana (MX/132) transactions. All MX transactions are suspended with the exception of credit card refunds.

Effective Monday, September 6 (PED 09/12/10), ARC will suspend the processing of Daallo Airlines (D3/991) validated transactions in ARC. Agents are requested to submit all outstanding D3-validated transactions, with the exception of cash refunds and credit memos, to ARC prior to the close of PED 09/05/10. Have you recently tried to fax supporting documentation to ARC but you've heard a voice mail pick up the other end?
There are some phones that have dual functions in that they act as a fax and a telephone. Please try sending your fax again, but do not pick up the phone/receiver.
ARC's new phone system recognizes a fax and therefore, if the receiver is picked up, our new system will not recognize that call as an incoming fax but instead will recognize it as a phone call.
If you're faxing from a standalone fax machine, you should not encounter this problem.
