Mexicana Click Joins ARC

Mexicana Click (QA/723) has joined ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales on August 9, 2010 (PED 08/15/10).

Mexicana Click has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Mexicana Click. Currently, Mexicana Click accepts cash as the only form of payment through ARC.

Agencies using Amadeus may issue tickets using the Mexicana Click QA code as of August 9th; agencies with Sabre and Travelport GDS's will be able to do so by August 16th.

When all GDS's are activated fully, agencies will able to see, quote and book flights for their passengers on Mexicana Click using an MX flight number. All flights that have an MX flight number can be issued using QA as the validating carrier. Therefore, if it has an MX flight number it is issued on QA.

Tip of the Week: My ARC Security Questions

When you have a My ARC password reset, consider updating your security questions at that time. By updating your security questions, you help make your password safer.

The process for entering and updating your Security Questions can be found under User Info, in the upper left corner of the My ARC homepage.

Of course, you may change the security questions at any time if you believe your information has been compromised. The security questions are space and punctuation sensitive but not case sensitive.

Note: To change any of your security questions you must change all three at the same time and all three answers must be different. This is a necessary password integrity protocol.

Please distribute the ARC TAC among staff and colleagues.
