At the top of the home page, you will find the new Memo Summary section of the application. This section will give you a snapshot of the memo activity you currently have in the system. This section also includes a memo aging section and will replace the current memo aging alert function. The purpose of this section is to give you a snapshot of your memo aging including the number of open memos and the current balance of those memos.
MM3 is scheduled to be released later this summer. As part of the rollout MM3 will be integrated with My ARC. This means you will be able to access Memo Manager without the requirement of a separate login.

This is a reminder that the agent transaction fee is assessed on a quarterly basis. In 2010, the quarterly fee is set at $.020 (2 cents) per transaction. Agencies reporting an aggregate of less than 1,000 transactions per quarter will not be assessed transaction fees. The maximum number of transactions for which an agency can be charged in a quarter is 2.0 million transactions per entity. A separate debit representing this fee will be drawn on or after July 22, 2010, against your ARC designated bank account. Only one draft will be issued for consolidated drafting agents.
