A new release of Memo Manager, dubbed MM3, will be launching later this summer. This new version of Memo Manager will improve the efficiency and usability of the application. You'll notice faster processing of searches and exports, better groupings of memos and easier navigation between pages.
MM3 will also be integrated with My ARC. You will then be able to access this new version of Memo Manager through My ARC without the requirement of an additional login. To take advantage of all the features and benefits My ARC has to offer, we encourage you to have your Memo Manager account in active status. Once we get closer to the rollout of the new version we will send an email with further instructions on logging in via My ARC.

ARC's offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2010, in observation of Independence Day. Agencies and CTDs will have an extra day to prepare the sales report for PED 07/04/10. Your weekly sales report must be authorized by midnight EST, Wednesday, July 7.

In observance of Independence Day, ARC will be closed, Monday, July 5, 2010. To ensure that your order emergency order is received before Tuesday, July 6, your order should be placed in advance of the 4:00 pm cut-off on Thursday, July 1.
Any emergency orders placed on Friday, July 2, will not be delivered until Tuesday, July 6. Please order your stock accordingly.

Remember to review your IAR report every day, especially during holidays. The 'bad guys' are well known to initiate fraudulent transactions during long holiday weekends when they think no one is watching. The best defense against these fraudulent transactions is you. Help keep yourself safe from the fraudsters with daily vigilance of your IAR report and those who are provided access to it.

Effective immediately, both Asiana Airlines (OZ/988) and SeaPort Airlines (K5/609) now accept Discover as a valid form of payment through ARC.
Effective immediately, Tunisair (TU/199) accepts JCB, MasterCard and Visa as valid forms of payment through ARC.
